ΝΕΟ ΜΕΛΟΣ ΣΤΗ “ΣΥΜΜΑΧΙΑ” Η ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΟΜΟΣΠΟΝΔΙΑ ΚΑΡΚΙΝΟΥ

«H Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Καρκίνου» γίνεται το 29^ο μέλος της «Συμμαχίας για την καταπολέμηση της παχυσαρκίας» και σηματοδοτεί όχι μόνο την απαραίτητη συνεργασία για την πρόληψη του καρκίνου και της παχυσαρκίας, αλλά και την συνένωση των δυνάμεων για την προστασία των ανθρώπων από τον καρκίνο και την αποτελεσματική αντιμετώπιση της παχυσαρκίας σε όλες τις ηλικίες.

Το δίκτυο της «Συμμαχίας» συστάθηκε το 2021. Τον Ιούλιο 2023, η «Συμμαχία» απέκτησε νομική μορφή Αστικής Μη Κερδοσκοπικής Εταιρείας (ΑΜΚΕ), για να διευκολυνθούν η λειτουργία, η χρηματοδότηση, και συμμετοχή σε προγράμματα, έργα και εθνικά και διεθνή δίκτυα. Στην ΑΜΚΕ ‘action4obesity’ συμμετέχουν τα 18 από τα 34 μέλη της «Συμμαχίας».
